Jessie Barnes Jr is a retired Law Enforcement Officer for the Federal Government. Jessie produced a public access video show in Queens NY for 16 years. The show was called “Underground Ruff House”. URH was a venue for unsigned and unknown musical artist who could highlight their talent.
