He has acted in various hindi films in last 15 years of which the most notable is his character Guddu in Gangs of Wasseypur part 2 and Peddler which screened in Cannes 2012. He has mainly been associated with Anurag Kashyap. He is also one of voice in Radio City's Babbar Sher
